LOLOL, the image is like, a characaturization of their roles in the show/story. Tamaki is "Daddy," the pimp, the one lording over everyone else. Kyouya is his male lover/servant. The twins are like, his lackeys, sworn into the gang, rotfl. Haruhi is the host club bitch (makes sense; only girl and all).
