THANK YOU. <3 Kwee, happy tiems. ^_^
Oh, PS, I'm considering a paid account. Those of you with one- care to share with me whether or not you think it's worth it? What do you like about it? My main reason is the extra icon spaces, but there are other perks that have caught my interest too. :3 I figure, um, seriously, livejournal is the single website I visit online. I am on it all. day. long. All day. Not kidding. I use it nonstop. I don't think it'd be a waste to spend cash on the only website I visit.

Date: 2008-07-31 11:41 am (UTC)- lack of ads.
- more custom journal options (ie changing the text for "User Info," etc.)
Seriously. This account's paid, but my shiny new RL one is Plus (damn LJ for taking away Basic D:<) and, though I can't see the ugly ads all over LJ & my RL account when I'm on THIS account, they are EVERYWHERE when I'm on my other account. I hate ads and am totally in love with the fact that I DON'T HAVE TO SEE THEM IF I DON'T WANT TO. Editing comments is super useful, since you can erase an embarrassing stupid. My personal favorite feature, though, is that I get to over-customize my journal and change all the text.

Date: 2008-07-31 02:29 pm (UTC)You used to get faster servers on a paid account; I honestly haven't been on a free account in so long that I don't know if that's true anymore. :-p You can make phone posts and text posts. . .
Here's (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=131) the list of features, though just looking at it, it doesn't look particularly convincing to me. ^_~

Date: 2008-07-31 05:40 pm (UTC)Comment editing is my 101st favorite reason, lol.
I was a bit iffy on buying a paid account at first, too. Then, I realized that 30 bucks really isn't that much in the course of a year, especially when it goes to something I devote a lot of time to. So, I went with the 'why the hell not' option, heheh. Go for it, it's loads of fun.
PS- TWINS!!!! <33333

Date: 2008-07-31 10:05 pm (UTC)2. I have a paid account (plus the add-on userpics). I was very iffy about investing the money, but I finally decided about six months ago that I wasn't planning on leaving livejoural and it was worth it to me. I really love all the user pics; I love the comment editing feaure; and I love the fact that there are no ads. I'm glad I finally got a paid, and I know that I'll renew when it comes time! Most of this is an echo of what people above me have said, but I hope it is of some help in your decision.
